What the G0 Was

The G0 sat between internal exploration and our wider product line. Before the Even Realities G1 released, it existed to test a single question: whether the simplest everyday display, with nothing else attached, was worth wearing.

The Even Realities G0 was a $250, small batch limited edition released in January 2024 and offered by personal request. It accessed time and date, plus limited connectivity for navigation data, with no AI and no third party services, which accounts directly for the lower price point.

In daily use, the G0 showed the time and gave directions. Those two functions were chosen because they could be judged honestly in ordinary movement, on a walk, on a commute, in a hurry.

It did not include Teleprompt, Even AI, Translate or Conversate. Those features belong to our later glasses and were never part of what the G0 set out to prove. The G0 is no longer available.
